The support service is provided to ensure continuous productive use of the system you have purchased in order to protect your ROI.

Why is support required?

During the use of the software, errors maybe found in any stage of input, output or process. Errors are defined as a programs or a software component not functioning according to the specification, which was agreed on by the Customer. There can also be data entry errors which the user will not be capable of correcting due to various controls inherent in the system. The correction of such errors, system parameter changes, and any minor changes requiring less than 2 man hours will be done free of charge under a maintenance contract.

WISE Technologies will attend to the support & maintenance calls as per the severity and response time indicated in the severity level classification and the response times table.
